By accessing or using any Squadexa AI product (including the web app, API, or browser extension), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

• Squadexa AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you use a paid tool.
• Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store raw payment card data.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a tool or batch job.
• Unused purchased credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed — contact support to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Squadexa AI to:

• Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Produce content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying models or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Resell or redistribute outputs in a way that misrepresents their AI origin where disclosure is legally required

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Squadexa AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its underlying models, software, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may use the outputs generated for you commercially, subject to the Acceptable Use policy above.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Squadexa AI. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the requested service. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content to our platform.

7. Disclaimers

Squadexa AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it commercially. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squadexa AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and any unused credits will be evaluated per our refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Squadexa AI is incorporated, unless prohibited by local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
